Design
The estate is drawn to the lot before anything is built. Scale begins at Brenmar's 3,500 sq ft floor, and the elevation studies in the Drawing Set above set the architectural language.
Step Three
Build
The brief fixes the programme before construction: square footage band, style cited by study number, and a budget band from $1.5M to $5M+ that frames the specification level from the start.

Handover
Every brief composed here is prepared for review by Greg Clunie, Founder and President. The conversation, the build record and the finished estate all stay at that level of review through handover.
